This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all payments, credits, and account balances made or held through CashCowLeads.com ("CashCowLeads," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform operated by Trend Watchers, LLC. By adding funds to your account, purchasing leads, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy in full.
1. All Payments Are Final
All payments made to CashCowLeads are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, without exception. This includes:
- Per-lead charges deducted from your account balance.
- Any funds added to your account balance or credit wallet, regardless of amount.
- Any portion of your account balance that remains unspent at the time of account cancellation, closure, or termination, whether initiated by you or by us.
- Any funds added to your account that were never applied to a lead, for any reason including inactivity, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with lead quality or volume.
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
CashCowLeads operates a continuous lead monitoring and delivery system. The moment your account is funded and active, our systems are running on your behalf — scanning public Facebook Groups and local online communities, identifying relevant service requests that match your targeting preferences, and delivering them to you in real time via text and email. This infrastructure operates around the clock regardless of whether leads are available in your area at any given moment or whether you choose to act on the leads delivered to you.
When you add funds to your account, you are purchasing access to this live lead delivery system and the capacity to receive leads as they are identified. Our costs — including platform operation, monitoring infrastructure, and delivery via SMS and email — are incurred from the moment your account is active. For these reasons, all funds added to your account are considered fully committed at the time of deposit and are not eligible for refund, regardless of how many leads are subsequently delivered or used.
3. Unspent Account Balances
Funds added to your CashCowLeads account balance that have not yet been applied to a lead charge are not refundable under any circumstances, including if you:
- Cancel or close your account before spending your full balance.
- Are dissatisfied with the number, quality, or relevance of leads delivered.
- Experience a period of low or no lead activity in your area.
- No longer wish to use the Service.
- Have your account suspended or terminated for any reason.
Unspent balances have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and will not be carried over or refunded upon account closure. By adding funds to your account, you accept these terms unconditionally.
4. Lead Quality
Leads delivered through the Service are drawn from publicly visible posts in Facebook Groups and similar online communities. We monitor and forward posts where individuals have expressed a need for local services. We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a booked job, a response, or any particular business outcome. Dissatisfaction with lead quality, lead volume, conversion rates, or the ultimate outcome of any individual lead does not constitute grounds for a refund of any per-lead charge or account balance.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider rather than contacting us directly is a violation of this Policy and our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, pursue recovery of any disputed amounts including associated fees and costs, and report the dispute to relevant payment networks in the event of an unauthorized chargeback.
6. Billing Errors
This Policy does not limit your right to report a genuine billing error, such as being charged an amount different from what was displayed at checkout due to a processing error. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge at the email address below. We will review the charge and, at our sole discretion, correct verified billing errors. Reporting a billing error does not entitle you to a refund of correctly processed charges or unspent account balances.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of CashCowLeads following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy does not apply retroactively to payments already made.

BY ADDING FUNDS TO YOUR CASHCOWLEADS ACCOUNT OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE THAT ALL PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT BALANCES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, INCLUDING ANY UNSPENT BALANCE REMAINING AT THE TIME OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE OR CANCELLATION.
